Sarah Pelchat

General Manager

Sarah oversees all operational departments—including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, and facility management—to ensure efficient, accurate, and scalable operations. She drives productivity, fosters a strong culture, manages financial performance, and ensures an exceptional customer experience through operational excellence.

Matt McGeein

Operations Manager

Matt oversees all outbound order fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, quality control, and shipping. He ensures that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and team performance. He manages equipment and building maintenance, as well as leading the hiring, training, and coaching of employees.

Jake Mohabir

Operations Manager

Jake oversees all receiving, put-away, inventory control, and replenishment activities. This role ensures that inbound product is processed efficiently, inventory accuracy is maintained, and stock is available to support seamless order fulfillment. He leads teams, optimizes processes, and drives continuous improvement across all inbound and inventory functions.

Curtis Gustaw

Receiving Manager

Curtis oversees all inbound operations, ensuring that products are received, inspected, documented, and stored accurately and efficiently. He leads the receiving and put‑away teams, maintains strong inventory integrity, and ensures that inbound workflows support overall fulfillment performance.

Akshat Seghal

Team Lead

AK oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of customer orders. This role supports the fulfillment team, coordinates workflow, maintains quality standards, and acts as the primary point of contact for operational issues during their shift.

Rachel Lefebvre

Kayleigh Desjardins

Executive Assistant

Kayleigh provides high‑level administrative, operational, and strategic support the GM. She manages schedules, communications, project coordination, and confidential information while serving as a key liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.

Natalie Savoie

Logistics Process Manager

Natalie oversees and supports integrations across e-commerce shopping carts, logistics platforms, billing systems, and third-party technologies to ensure seamless data flow and operational continuity. She supports end-to-end customer onboarding for logistics and technology solutions and plays an active role in change management initiatives, including the implementation of new systems, configurations, and process improvements.

Jeff Arbuckle

Systems & Technology Coordinator

Jeff supports operations by managing warehouse systems and providing frontline technical support by diagnosing and resolving system, hardware, and software issues. He ensures technology tools are used effectively and consistently in alignment with operational needs and business processes, and supports system updates, configurations, and basic enhancements to meet operational requirements.

Lead Forklift Operator

Jon supports daily warehouse operations by performing material‑handling tasks, picking customer orders, and assisting with facility maintenance and special projects.

Janvier Bajao

Operations Manager

Janvier oversees operations at the Smiths Falls location, including order fulfillment and inbound processing as well as building maintenance.

Maureen Van Remortel

Director

Maureen is a Director at Ottawa Logistics Fulfillment, responsible for shaping and developing the company’s brand identity and market presence. She focuses on strategic growth and marketing initiatives, helping position the organization for long-term success.

Chief Executive Officer

Paul leads Ottawa Logistics’ strategic direction and long-term vision. With direct oversight of growth initiatives, partnerships, and organizational development, he ensures the company remains positioned to serve high-volume ecommerce brands with consistency and accountability.

Sophie Van Remortel

Business Development and Customer Success

Sophie drives new client acquisition and strengthens brand partnerships at Ottawa Logistics Fulfillment. She handles sales inquiries, prepares customized fulfillment proposals, and collaborates with OLF’s 3PL network to position the company as a strategic Canadian fulfillment solution. On the customer experience side, she bridges operations, carriers, and clients, helping D2C brands expand into Canada with smooth onboarding and proactive support.
