Does Ottawa Logistics offer Inventory Tracking?

 

Yes, all of our warehouses are equipped with inventory tracking software. Our comprehensive bar code system is the global standard for inventory management  offering real-time tracking and comprehensive web-based reports.


Can I access my inventory online?

 

Certainly, every Ottawa Logistics customer has full access to real-time updates of their inventory. Simply log onto our website (www.ottawalogistics.com), click on “Log In”, input your password and you can view your current standing inventory as well as generate a host of historical reports.


How do I place an order?

 

It’s simple, all orders are placed online. From any page on our site, select “View Your Inventory”, then select “Place An Order” and simply follow the instructions.


How much will I pay for shipping?

 

As with any logistics company, your shipping costs depend on the size (volume) of the shipment, destination, and any special handling requirements you may have. At Ottawa Logistics, we have relationships with all the major shippers and trucking firms and our mission is to work with you to negotiate the best rates while accomplishing your individual goals.


Are we able to use our own Fedex or UPS accounts?

 

You may use your own account or our accounts, whatever brings you the best value.


What is the processing time for order shipping?

 

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Our policy is that orders received before 1:00 pm will be shipped the same day.


My product requires some assembly prior to shipping. Can Ottawa Logistics do this for me?

 

Many of our current clients require some form of kitting or assembly before their inventory can be shipped. Sometimes it’s as simple as adding a label, sometimes entire items must be built prior to shipping. Our pick and pack process can be custom-tailored to meet any client needs and is structured to provide the utmost in accuracy and efficiency.


My company is small and just starting out, would I be a fit for Ottawa Logistics

 

Absolutely. We’ve partnered with many start-ups and played significant roles in their growth over the years. You’ll find our personalized service and affordable, “no surprises” pricing is exactly what your growing business needs. There are no minimums on monthly orders and only a small monthly storage fee for your inventory.
